In this article I will share with you how to use Latent Consistency Models (LCMs) very easily from Google Colab.
But first a brief introduction to put them in context. Latent Consistency Models (LCMs) are a type of latent diffusion models (LDMs) that can synthesize high-resolution images with few inference steps. They are generative models that simulate an inverse diffusion process guided by a neural network to create images from noise and constitute an important innovation in the field of generating images from text. They offer the user a quick and effective solution to create realistic and detailed images with just a few words.
These AI-generated images are potentially useful in various fields and sectors, such as art, entertainment, education, medicine, security, e-commerce, and more. With Latent Consistency Models you can create artistic images from texts, sounds, data or even other images, imitating different styles and techniques; or fun, creative, surprising images to entertain users or create original content. They can also be used in education by generating illustrative images that facilitate learning or teaching different topics and concepts; or in electronic commerce generating product presentations, promotions or sales of goods and/or services.
Now, let's get down to business, although the steps are actually very simple:

📌 Then connect (#1) and execute cell (#2)
📌 When the code execution finishes, go to the link: https://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.gradio.live (#3). A new tab will open in your browser.
📌 In this new tab you just have to write the PROMPT (#4), make some adjustments with the available options to achieve a better result and execute (#5).
📌 Now you just have to wait for the model to generate the images. Finally, download the results and enjoy your creations.
